The Business Operations Branch is responsible for supporting the good stewardship of federal funds that cover all aspects of contracting, budgeting, and data analysis in support of the Technological Hazards Division (THD) through effective procurement planning and budget execution. The Branch adheres to the core values of the “We are FEMA” document (Compassion, Fairness, Integrity, Respect) and provides services with integrity, fairness and in the best interest of the Government.
