Training Needs Report
Within OneResponder, organization administrators can not only invite their Personnel into the system and manage their training and qualification history, they can also identify which of their Personnel have gaps in their Training requirements using our Reports feature.
Administrators can pull down a report that identifies all Training that needs to be completed by their personnel.
- The report can be filtered to identify what specific training is needed for individuals working through the requirements to hold specific Positions by utilizing the Category, Position, and/or Position Level filters
- Administrators can also filter the report to be Course-specific, identifying which of their personnel need to complete a certain Training Course.
- The results of this report identify those requirements that are missing from any open Position Task Books (PTBs) issued to an individual, and any training award missing from manually awarded positions.
- The report is exported as an Excel sheet, and lists not only the training needed by individuals, but also the total number of seats required for each training course identified in the report. This allows administrators to identify individual training needs as well as how many seats are required for each training course, which can support the scheduling of training courses for your organization.
