The National Risk Index (similar to the Hazard explorer) is an online dataset tool to help illustrate the United States communities most at risk for various natural hazards. It was designed and built by FEMA in close collaboration with various stakeholders and partners in academia; local, state and federal government and; private industry.

Climate Risk and Resilience Portal

Climate change is increasing the complexity, intensity, and frequency of disasters. Understanding future climate conditions in cities and towns across the United States is necessary to prepare for future climate realities. To address this challenge, the Climate Risk and Resilience Portal (ClimRR) was developed by the Center for Climate Resilience and Decision Science (CCRDS) at Argonne National Laboratory in collaboration with AT&T and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ESFLG Model & Data Inventory

ESFLG Model and Data Inventory (MODI) is an inventory of disaster-related datasets and models useful to decision makers planning for, and responding to, disasters. The inventory was based on a federal interagency effort led by FEMA and the Modeling and Data Working Group (MDWG). The MDWG was appointed by the Emergency Support Function Leadership Group (ESFLG) to identify and characterize the models used to support operational decision making in the context of emergency management
