New PrepToolkit User Registration and NRH System Access Requests

If you have not yet registered for a PrepToolkit account, you can register and request access to RIS and/or OneResponder while completing your new account/profile form. For assistance, reference Accessing OneResponder and Accessing the Resource Inventory System.

Existing PrepToolkit Users and NRH System Access Requests

If you are a PrepToolkit user who has not yet requested access to RIS or OneResponder, you can request access to these systems by visiting your Edit Profile page. For assistance, reference Accessing OneResponder and Accessing the Resource Inventory System.

Invitations and Assignments to an Existing NRH System’s Organization

• Organization Managers in OneResponder may invite you to their organization, in return, you will receive an email directly from PrepToolkit indicating this.  
• Organization Administrators in RIS can create and assign users to their organization. RIS does not send out automatic emails upon assignment, but you may receive communications from your organization to indicate that you have been added within RIS.   
• If you have not been assigned to an organization, but know your organization already exists in RIS or OneResponder, contact your Organization Manager/Administrator (e.g., a qualifications or training manager) for invite/assignment requests.
